Thank you for shopping with us! We’re proud to offer beautifully handcrafted jewelry, curated jewelry jars, and exciting subscription boxes. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Times

• Handcrafted Jewelry & Jewelry Jars: Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

• Subscription Boxes: Subscription boxes ship on the 1st of each month. Orders placed after the 25th of the month will start with the following month’s box.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to the United States only.

Free shipping is available on orders over $75 (excluding subscription boxes).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your delivery status directly from the tracking link.

Shipping Details

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error.

• If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please allow 24 hours and check with your neighbors or local post office. If you still can't locate it, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Subscription Box Shipping

• All subscription boxes are shipped in custom packaging and include a curated selection of seasonal and exclusive jewelry pieces.

• Shipping fees are included in your subscription price unless otherwise stated.

Delays or Issues

While we work hard to ship orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to:

• Holiday seasons

• High demand for handmade items

• Carrier delays outside of our control
