Return & Refund Policy

We want you to absolutely love your jewelry! If something isn't quite right, we’re here to make it right.


Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jewelrymonarch333@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval. You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Subscription jewelry boxes

  • Jewelry jars

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Orders returned without prior approval


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time, due to the limited and often one-of-a-kind nature of our jewelry pieces.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at jewelrymonarch333@gmail.com
